A list will be provided with over 100 selections from which you may choose to create your custom designed menu. Guidelines on your selections will be provided by your consultant. The menu generally consists of 8-10 selections. This may vary depending on the number of guests guaranteed and the particular menu you would like to serve.
You may choose to have your selections served in three different manners : Buffet service...Butlered service...Interactive stations. A combination of any of these services is available. There are usually 5 to 7 food service areas, and all stations and trays are beautifully decorated.
You may also choose a sit-down served meal.
Regional and ethnic dishes are available in addition to our menu offered. Special requests are always welcome.
All food is prepared in-house by Boudreaux’s.
Any food remaining at the end of the reception will be packed for you.
A picnic basket will be prepared for the Bride and Groom with samples of food and champagne or other beverage.
NON - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Non-alcoholic punch is provided upon request
Coffee is available upon request, at no additional charge.
Soft drinks are available for a fee if there is no bar service; otherwise, soft drinks are included with the bar service.
Bar service is available at an additional charge.
Licensed bartenders are provided by Boudreaux’s.
No alcohol may be brought into the facility.
Cash bar service is also available.
You may provide a band or DJ of your choice. Boudreaux’s will provide dance space and stage. We also have an in house sound system to play recorded background music.
Beautiful silk floral arrangements are available and included in your cost per person, which provides arrangements on all food tables and seating tables. These are changed seasonally. Holiday decorations will replace our florals and greenery between Thanksgiving and the second weekend in January.
You may bring additional decorations if you like; however, these would need approval from Boudreaux’s prior to the reception.
Three hours is the time allowed for our receptions unless otherwise agreed upon. Any deliveries, decoration, band set-up, etc. would be given a maximum of two hours prior to the reception, if the time is available, unless other arrangements are made. There is no guarantee for set up time. Time officially starts at beginning time on contract. All parties involved should contact your consultant to make these arrangements.
Baton Rouge police officers will assist with parking and entrance to Boudreaux’s. Our lot will accommodate approximately 320 guests with additional parking available.
